This is one of the coolest things I found in Tucson this year. A dealer came with a load of this stone with gorgeous green and blue kyanite. He had rough, slabs, and all sorts of finished items: pyramids, spheres, scepters, etc. This was at the Tucson Electric Park show, and he told me in amazement that he had sold ALL of the finished items in the first couple of days. But, of course, that was not what interested me. As always, I was after rough. And I left with a handsome big chunk. The material is from Pakistan and the deposit was apparently exposed during an earthquake. We'll be listing the cabs we make as we make them. We also have sourced some awesome blue kyanite cabs. Right now we have ovals. These are very well made with a great color and finish. This is a great all natural gemstone and are at bargain prices.
